We’re committed to understanding and managing the impacts of our business on the environment. We want this project to be a model for design, construction and operation that is responsive to community needs, sensitive to its unique setting and meets functional and operational requirements.

We respect the natural environment and cultural heritage of the Cayman Islands and will consider environmental outcomes in all business decisions. Our goal is to minimise the impact of construction and ongoing operations on all aspects of the environment, including air and water quality, noise levels, native flora and fauna, the marine environment, and any areas of historic and cultural interest.

Verdant Isle Port Partners will work closely with the Cayman Islands Department of Environment during the design and construction of the port enhancement project. We will comply with all applicable environmental laws, regulations and contractual obligations. This is expected of our people and our subcontractors.
